A multinational optical retail company is looking for an IT Application Specialist. The selected applicant will be in charge for overseeing project delivery, manage infrastructure, and provide user support.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery
  • Provide first line service desk support
  • Manage projects of varying complexity
  • Configure, install, and maintain IT equipment
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computing or Engineering
  • More than 3 years of experience in the IT industry (retail industry is preferred)
  • Prior global company IT experience is welcome
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki technologies is ideal
  • Understanding of Windows Desktop OS, Server OS, Cloud Environment is desired
  • Possess valid MCSA, CCNA and ECMS 500-220 certification is a plus
  • Native level Japanese; business level reading and written English
