March 8th is International Women's Day. At Santen, we conducted special interviews to celebrate the achievements of our female employees, discussing their careers, challenges, and secrets to success. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀! 🎉 After two incredible weeks of learning, interaction, and collaboration, we are thrilled to share the impact of our 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 at Santen, which involved all our colleagues in EMEA and Asia this year!
