Louis Vuitton Celebrates Talent. From craftmanship to client experience, the Métiers d’Excellence remain the beating heart of Louis Vuitton. For three days, employees participated in workshops, live demonstrations, and seminars to celebrate the transmission of savoir-faire. “When I was younger, I used to sneak into my father's office to mimic his gestures. That's when I knew I wanted to step into his shoes,” shared Camille Cavallier-Belletrud, perfumer for the House and daughter of Louis Vuitton’s Master Perfumer, Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud. “Witnessing firsthand each step puts everything in a new light. And experiencing this level of excellence gives meaning to our daily work,” reflects Sarah, a team member who took part in the event. “Transmission is about keeping the passion alive. This event reminds us how precious our Métiers d’Excellence are. And that we need to share them so they can live on,” says Pierre-Louis Vuitton, a sixth-generation descendant who works at the House. From igniting passion to developing new vocations, Louis Vuitton proudly preserves the crafts that have shaped its history since 1854. #LVJobs #LVTalent #LVMetiersdExcellence #LouisVuitton
