We are Hiring Position: Technical Sales Engineer Location: Dubai , United Arab Emirates Mubadara Engineering Services, a leader in industrial automation and process control, is seeking a talented and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions. • Promote and sell our products and services, focusing on industrial automation, instrumentation, and process control. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting product features and benefits. • Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to provide clients with accurate technical solutions. • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Electrical or Mechatronics ). • 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation or related fields. • Strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems, including pressure, flow, temperature, and level sensors. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in English. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. • Transfarble Iqama is a plus . • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
