نبذة عنا
The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship has evolved its role from the previous role for the Ministry of ICT towards creating the policies to enable the transformation towards a digital economy and support the enabling pillars for this transformation including Digital Entrepreneurship, Digital Skills, Digital Financial Services, Digital Infrastructure and Digital Platforms, and will put plans in cooperation with other government institutions to overcome the challenges faced by entrepreneurs including, access to markets, access to funding, regulatory challenges and access to talents. The Ministry, through a dynamic open partnership process, works to create, promote, and drive new digital opportunities in Jordan, which will facilitate the positioning of the Kingdom as a regional and international player in technology adoption, development and services. The sectors within Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunications are identified as particular drivers and enablers of economic and social growth. MoDEE has overall responsibility for the achievement of National goals and objectives within the Digital landscape, and should use the various means and relationships to achieve them. In addition to developing, incubating, and supporting Digital initiatives at a national level (such as the digitization of the governmental services , the National Broadband Program and others) the Ministry’s mandate includes stimulating local and foreign technology investments as well as promoting awareness and adoption of technology by all segments of the population, in an all-inclusive approach.

الاقتصاد الرقمي تحقق إنجازاً وطنياً بشهادة الآيزو ISO 20000 في نظام إدارة خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات حصلت وزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة على شهادة ISO/IEC 20000 في نظام إدارة خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات (ITSM)، لتكون من أوائل الجهات في الأردن التي تنال هذا الاعتماد الدولي المرموق، بعد اجتيازها جميع المعايير العالمية الصارمة. هذا الإنجاز يعكس التزام الوزارة بتحسين جودة الخدمات الرقمية الحكومية، ورفع كفاءة العمليات، وضمان استمرارية التطوير، ويُعد خطوة مهمة نحو ترسيخ مكانة الأردن كمركز إقليمي للاقتصاد الرقمي. ويُضاف هذا الاعتماد إلى سلسلة شهادات حصلت عليها الوزارة، من ضمنها: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 في إدارة أمن المعلومات، وISO 9001 في إدارة الجودة، في تأكيد على ثقافة التميز والتحسين المستمر. #الأردن #التحول_الرقمي #الاقتصاد_الرقمي #ISO20000 #خدمات_رقمية #ريادة #ابتكار

إصدار الشهادات المسجلة مسبقاً إلكترونياً فقط تعلن دائرة الأحوال المدنية والجوازات عن وقف استقبال طلبات الحضور الشخصي لإصدار الشهادات الحيوية المسجلة مسبقاً (الزواج، الطلاق، الولادة، الوفاة، القيد العائلي، القيد الفردي) في جميع مكاتبها، وذلك اعتباراً من 1 أيار 2025، وحصر طلبها إلكترونياً فقط. يمكن الحصول على الشهادات رقمياً من خلال تطبيق “سند” عبر خدمة “الشهادات الرقمية”، أو من خلال موقع الدائرة واستلامها عبر البريد الأردني، دون الحاجة لمراجعة المكاتب. يأتي هذا الإجراء ضمن جهود التحول الرقمي وتحسين جودة الخدمات، وتوفير الوقت والجهد على المواطنين #تطبيق_سند #سند

Key outcomes included approving the committee’s name, appointing a Deputy Chair, and endorsing the revised Terms of Reference. The committee continues its work to strengthen health data governance and support evidence-based decisions. Worth noting that the committee is part of the activities under the Jordan People-Centric Digital Government Program for Results, launched in June 2024.
