Just wrapped up an incredible journey with Jordan Open Source Association (JOSA), teaching an 8-session course on Linux, Cybersecurity, and Raspberry Pi to students aged 15–18! 🚀
Over the past few weeks, I had the privilege of working with an amazing group of students, guiding them through the fundamentals of Linux, the basics of cybersecurity, and hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi. Each session was designed to be interactive, practical, and—most importantly—fun! 🎯
What made this experience truly special was seeing the students not only learn technical skills but also develop a "learn how to learn" mindset. Watching them grow more confident, curious, and eager to explore new concepts on their own was the real highlight for me. 🔍💡
From setting up their Raspberry Pis to SSH-ing into their devices, exploring the Linux file system, and understanding cybersecurity concepts, these students tackled each challenge with enthusiasm and creativity.
One of the most exciting parts of the course was when we hacked a vulnerable machine hosted on my Raspberry Pi—together, we explored the system, exploited vulnerabilities, and got root access!
A big thank you to Jordan Open Source Association (JOSA) for giving me the opportunity to contribute to the next generation of tech enthusiasts in Jordan. I'm excited to see where their journey in tech will take them next! 🌱✨
