Welcome to Worthy Park Estate! We haven't been too active, well active at all, on here but there's no time like the present. So allow us to introduce ourself. We're the last single estate rum producer in Jamaica; which means we're going sugar cane, making sugar and molasses, and then all of our fermentation, distillation, aging, blending and bottling are all done on site. Did you know that we use the bagasse (fibers left over after cane crushing) from sugar production to create electricity at Worthy Park? We have cooling towers and ponds to recirculate the steam used in our operation? That we use the dunder (leftover liquid from distillation) as fertigation in our cane fields? These are just a few of the practices we've implemented at Worthy Park to enhance our efficiency and minimize our environmental impact. By optimizing our production processes and focusing on sustainability, we not only improve our operations but also contribute positively to the environment.

We take great pride in paying attention to what the rum market is asking for and a perfect example was why we launched Worthy Park 109. High proof, that is going to add to any cocktail it's used in. We enter our rums in a few spirit competitions every year as a way to gauge how our products are being received by industry experts. IWSC - Club Oenologique has one of the oldest and most prestigious competitions in the world. We hold our breath every year waiting for the results to come back!
