The event opened with a speech by Roberto Sella, Mayor of Lozzolo, who spoke of the importance of recovering 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 and 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, and praised our commitment to redeveloping the area. 💡 𝗟𝗮 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗶 𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝘂𝘁𝗶: 𝗦𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗟 𝗮𝗹𝗹’𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗜 🔍 Il 31 marzo Valeria Buratti, Responsabile Sicurezza e Ambiente di SASIL S.r.l. ha partecipato all’evento "𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗜, 𝗹𝗮 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝘂𝘁𝗼, 𝗹𝗼 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗲 𝗹’𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼", presso l’Auditorium Sellalab Biella.   Durante l’incontro, è stata approfondita la nuova normativa del 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗜 (Registro Elettronico Nazionale per la Tracciabilità dei Rifiuti) e sono state analizzate strategie per semplificare la gestione dei rifiuti in cantiere. Valeria ha avuto modo di intervenire alla tavola rotonda, portando l’esperienza di SASIL, controllata del nostro Gruppo. Sono stati approfonditi temi fondamentali per il nostro settore, illustrando come gestiamo 𝗶𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗶 𝘃𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼, la valorizzazione dei rifiuti, le attività estrattive e i recuperi ambientali. During the meeting, the new 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗜 (National Electronic Register for Waste Traceability) regulations were discussed and strategies to simplify waste management at the construction site were analyzed. Valeria spoke at the round table, bringing the experience of SASIL, a subsidiary of our Group. Fundamental topics for our sector were discussed, illustrating how we manage the 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗽 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁, waste recovery, mining and environmental recovery. 🌍 𝗜𝗹 ❞𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗸𝗼❞ 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗥𝗠 𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗲. 𝗜𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝘀𝘂 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗱’𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮. 🚀 Le materie prime critiche (CRM) sono diventate sempre più centrali per la transizione digitale e verde. Tuttavia, la disponibilità limitata e la concentrazione della produzione in Paesi come la Cina, la Repubblica Democratica del Congo e il Sudafrica pongono sfide geopolitiche significative.  Il 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝘄 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝘁 (𝗖𝗥𝗠𝗔) dell'Unione Europea, con obiettivi ambiziosi per il 2030, è un passo importante per ridurre la dipendenza da Paesi terzi. L’Italia ha risposto con il Decreto-Legge 84/2024, che promuove l’innovazione e la sicurezza nella gestione delle CRM provando a dare nuova linfa ad un settore industriale praticamente dismesso in precedenza. Un esempio concreto di innovazione è il nostro progetto in 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶: stiamo lavorando per estrarre e arricchire CRM dai sottoprodotti della lavorazione di pietre ornamentali e granito. Questo non solo offre un'alternativa sostenibile, ma riduce anche il rischio geopolitico, contribuendo agli obiettivi del CRMA al 2030. However, their limited availability and the concentration of production in countries like China, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Africa pose significant geopolitical challenges. The European Union’s 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝘄 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝘁 (𝗖𝗥𝗠𝗔), with ambitious goals for 2030, is an important step toward reducing dependence on third-party countries. Italy has responded with Decree-Law 84/2024, which promotes innovation and security in CRM management trying to breathe new life into an industrial sector that had been practically abandoned before. A concrete example of innovation is our 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶 project: we are working to extract and enrich CRM from by-products of ornamental stone and granite processing. This not only offers a sustainable alternative, but also reduces geopolitical risk, contributing to the CRMA 2030 goals.
