Il 2024 è stato l'anno di kick-off del business plan Latitude focalizzato su nuove opportunità e soluzioni nel mondo della mobilità elettrica.   Nei giorni che hanno preceduto le vacanze natalizie, abbiamo condiviso momenti di unione con GreenGo Srl e REA - Reliable Energy Advisors attorno al nostro albero di Natale in S/PARK, con l’energia positiva che caratterizza la community del gruppo.  A celebrare lo spirito delle festività, una serata musicale al Bravo Caffè di Bologna, dove la musica live, la convivialità e il divertimento sono stati protagonisti.   Con l'occasione, ci prepariamo per un 2025 di importanza fondamentale per il team e… ricco di tantissime sorprese!   Buone Feste a colleghi, partner e amici, con il riconoscimento e la riconoscenza di essere parte di questo nostro nuovo viaggio e della nostra storia, di anno in anno. 

Our Welfare Day at S/PARK - Green Hub: a triumph of wellness and laughter after an afternoon dedicated to company culture and welfare initiatives. The day was dedicated to corporate wellness and togetherness with extraordinary initiatives and the participation of everyone at GreenGo Srl, REA - Reliable Energy Advisors, and, of course, Latitude. 🔹 Corporate Welfare Initiatives: Our welfare programs aim to integrate diverse generations, promote sustainability, and support the green transition. We emphasise balancing work and life, talent development, and creating a supportive work environment with initiatives such as in-house training, a green workplace, EV/E-bike charging points, a rooftop garden, a gym and wellness facilities, and comprehensive insurance policies. 🔹 The highlight of the evening was a special surprise during the Feel Good Hour. Our engineer, Abdelnour El khatib, debuted as a stand-up comedian and gave the audience an unforgettable performance. Abdelnour narrated with humour and intelligence his journey from Lebanon to Bologna, his adventures in Italy, and the events that led him to join Latitude. His unique wit captivated everyone, causing tears of laughter throughout the S/PARK courtyard. It was not only a brilliant way to introduce himself, but also the key to the evening's success and the excellent spirit that filled the air all day today. A special thank you to everyone who participated and made this event possible.
