Questo ha permesso il conseguimento della certificazione Leed Gold (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). La Palazzina B, quasi interamente locata ad una importante società di consulenza, è composta da 7 piani fuori terra, un piano seminterrato ed un’ampia terrazza oltre a spazi ricreativi ad uso della collettività e un cortile interno arricchito da diverse piante di origine mediterranea e a basso consumo idrico. Fiditalia, a leading consumer credit company belonging to the Société Générale Group, has chosen the Park West offices as its new Italian headquarters. With the support of Dils as advisor, Fiditalia and the Park West fund signed the relevant lease bringing the occupancy to 75%. The Park West business centre is the result of an initiative by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR, with Orion European Real Estate Fund V as the Fund's investor.

✨𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧! ✨ 26 𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢s, preserving the industrial heritage of a former SNCF commissary Delivered in June 2024, the rehabilitation of this 1948 building located in northeastern Paris (18th arrondissement) into a modern office complex emphasizes material efficiency and adaptable usage. Designed under the direction of Atelier A234 architecture firm, the project aimed to preserve as much of the existing structure as possible while maintaining the building's industrial visual identity. Managed by 𝐃𝐞𝐀 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞, the restructuring earned environmental certifications aligned with current user expectations. Green terraces were added on the first and third floors, and a private garden of over 500 square meters was developed on the ground floor, providing spaces for open-air meetings or moments of relaxation, contributing to the building's serene atmosphere.
