#Bayview Italia is excited to announce the successful #sale of a portfolio of three B&B hotels (277 keys overall) to the French institutional investor, Iroko ZEN SCPI. The three hotels are situated in Sassuolo (Modena), Castelmaggiore (Bologna), and Ferrara.
