🚜 Another week, another success story! ✈️ This week we're flying north - to learn more about the #successtory of agrifoodTEF Sverige! 🌾 Eco Clipper LS Products BV partnered with the Swedish Node to enhance the safety and autonomy of its electric mowing systems, ensuring compliance with evolving safety standards for agricultural robotics. 👨🌾 The demand for autonomous agricultural solutions is rising due to challenges such as labour shortages, rising fuel costs, and the need for sustainable practices. However, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and integrating advanced obstacle detection is complex. Eco Clipper needed a structured approach to functional safety and risk analysis to deploy its autonomous mower. 👉 agrifoodTEF, through RISE Research Institutes of Sweden provided safety expertise, helping Eco Clipper, AgriRobot, and Thorsen Teknik navigate regulatory requirements and functional safety challenges. 📌 The collaboration resulted in a highly efficient, autonomous mowing solution with enhanced safety features. 🤔 Want to learn more about this new success story? 🔍 This week, our partners gathered in Cordoba, Spain, hosted by the agrifoodTEF España, Universidad de Córdoba for the Year 2 Review and the General Assembly of agrifoodTEF. 👉 During the first day, the agrifoodTEF Consortium had the chance to visit the Experimental farm of Rabanales of the University of Cordoba. 📃 The second day has mainly focused on showcasing agrifoodTEF results during our Year 2 review meeting - together with a fruitful discussion on which will be the main next steps, how to improve our catalogue of services and how to promote our success stories. 🤔 Want to know more about the project? Imagine a highspeed railway network for intelligent robots to travel virtually and physically throughout Europe for their tests, experiments, validation, education and training in local contexts... ⚙️ Another week, another service! 🔍 This week, we're presenting a service provided by our Italian Node agrifoodTEF_Italia, by Fondazione Bruno Kessler - FBK - an AI hardware performance assessment. 👉 Designed to test products that run complex applications often utilising multiple microservices and heavy AI algorithms in field conditions with limited or no connectivity to the cloud, this service offers tailored benchmarking to identify bottlenecks within the solution's architecture, helping TEF customers enhance the efficiency and reliability of their products. 🤔 Interested in testing this service?
