Junior Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Reach out to potential clients through emails, calls, and social media platforms.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our product/service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging market opportunities.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and business development principles (training will be provided).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
