Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
Arrange meetings with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new revenue streams and business prospects.
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices for reporting purposes.
Establish and foster long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Lead generation through platforms like Upwork and other bidding portals.
Focus on securing repeat business while attracting new clients to expand the portfolio.
Train team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve targets.
Set and achieve personal and team targets to contribute to the companys overall success.
Prepare detailed reports and provide feedback to management.
Skills And Qualifications Required
Experience: Proven experience in IT offshore sales and Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in multitasking and managing international leads.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude with the ability to handle uncertainty and minimal guidance.
