Job Description:

  • Scoping and qualifying leads in the defined territory to identify right fit opportunities for the company.
  • Retain and develop business from existing customers through deep selling and cross selling.
  • Face to face meetings with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and design sales solutions and programs.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.
  • Maintain excellent long term and trustful relationships with the customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including products, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly Sales Goals – Customer’s acquisition, Volume growth, Revenue Growth and Gross profit.
  • Timely update of Sales activities in CRM tool and following Sales and organizational policies.
