1) 🗣️ Politely communicate concerns: Explain how the requested design change may negatively impact user experience. 2) 🔍 Clarify the impact: Illustrate the potential issues it could cause, using examples or data where possible. 3) 💡 Propose alternatives: Suggest a solution that achieves the same goal without compromising usability. 4) 📊 Present options: Offer multiple alternatives, outlining their pros and cons to help the client make an informed decision.

What do you do if your web development project is behind schedule?
When I realize that, the project is behind schedule, the higher most priority item is to inform the stakeholders. You should be 1) informed politely 2) tell the reason 3) inform the new expected schedule 4) Get permission / approval Then work on reprioritizing all the existing work based on this new schedule. Make sure not to miss the schedule again. User interface first The above is applicable for any type of projects. When it comes to a web development project, make sure to finish the user interface (UI) first. If the schedule is behind, it should be for the server-side scripting. In the mean time, you can deliver the UI to the client and get feedback. This will help to keep the project alive. The client will feel the project progress.
