About us
Ask a woman if she is comfortable using a public toilet and you are sure to get a vehement, “No.” Despite the fact that our population includes approximately 48.1% women, there are no clean, safe, and hygienic toilets available for them in public places. With a vision to provide hygiene dignity, Woloo brings a tech enabled loo-discovery platform app that helps women to locate the nearest washroom, whenever they are away from their home or office. Each washroom follows a standard protocol to ensure safety, cleanliness, and hygiene therefore ensuring that women do not have to think twice before walking into a Woloo enabled loo. These washrooms are certified in association with the Toilet Board Coalition (A global non-profit enterprise working under World Bank to improve sanitation standard across 40+ countries) and the Woloo Assurance of Hygiene (WAH) based on safety, hygiene, and accessibility parameters.

A basic Necessity An easily accessible clean and hygienic washroom in every Local Stations in Mumbai!!! Did we ask for something big? As per the reports and From RTI : "There is currently 1 public toilet seat per 752 males and 1,820 females" But easily accessible things are wall arts by our Legends and artists who spits and creates a value to the walls. But today, when I visited to one of the Mumbai local station, I saw Woloo - Find a Loo , Amazing work. Atleast For womens they are doing great job. I genuinely think this was a Necessity which public and goverment failed to fullfill. But impressed by what they are solving. I think it needs more attention, and I wish such services should not only be available on mumbai local stations but across all the areas with higher gatherings.
