Role: • 7 - 11 years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments • Review and submit the weekly and monthly report to management. • RCA preparation and submission to management. • Managing the shift roster. • Good Knowledge of Incidents Management & Change management • Coordination with vendors for escalation • Preparing & validation of Root Cause Analysis • Review of Network Device Hardening Mechanism On Periodic Basis • Configure and Troubleshooting routing protocols like EIGRP and BGP • Configuring and troubleshooting the Cisco switches. • Assigning severity to the Incidents logged based on the definition. • Second level analysis (investigating problems) and closure of known and low priority security incidents. • Logging Problem Ticket for unresolved Incidents with Technical Service • Sending Security Alert messages on newly found vulnerabilities • Installation of security patches & bug fixes on High Critical Devices • System health checks for all Network devices & Action plan for any issues or Observations • Adhering and Implementing guidelines and Customer policies • Must close all the Incident & service Request with in Service Level Agreement • Knowledge Checking of L2 Engineer & Train L2 Engineer on Periodic Basis REQUIRED SKILL SETS: 1.CCNP Certifications and Hands on experience on Switching & Routing 2. CISCO Firewall ( FTD ). Checkpoint firewall Hands on experience 3. Knowledge in the Cisco Products link Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Identity Service Engine , WLC etc. 4. Good knowledge or certificate on CISCO etc. 5. Validation of Network diagram - LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis 7. Validating the Configuration of new network devices prepared by L3 Egg 8. Syslog analysis & Preparing Action Plan for Critical Alerts to Resolve the Issues 9. Validation modification of access list done by L3 Egg 10.Analysis & Periodic Check of LAN/WAN traffic 11. Role: 1. Network Operations Manager required to manage on-site, IT network operations of Toyota Manufacturing plant in Bidadi. Must lead a team of L1, L2, L3 engineers and target zero network downtime. 2.Their goal is to ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for their users ( staff, clients, customers and suppliers). Networks can include: computer; firewall.  3. Analyzes network and recommends upgrades/changes; assesses organization's current and future network needs. Oversees the daily operations of network staff and records incidents and changes.   Responsibilities:  1. Designing of Network Operation Management, Perform review of team & Define Improvement plans , Discussion with customer for new requirement of the customers for ops support.  2. Will be a part of the Project excecution team & Network Operations team, He will be deployed to customer location  3. Should be capable of preparing the Project Schedule for network activity & Manage Operations activities  4. Good ITIL Knowledge of IT process is mandatory  5. Act as the SPOC / PIC for the customer for  achieve their vision for the network and ultimately the IT and the factory itself. this includes working with them on  presentation creation and curating for senior management data analytics on downtime / uptime, incidents, service requests,  in depth root cause analysis of incidents using methodologies like "The Toyota Way" their various queries and help them define strategies / roadmaps / projects / initiatives helping them market the achievements of the network to the senior management  Required : 1. Required Min 12 years of experience for the day-to-day operation of the team, providing overall guidance and supervision  2. Maintain and monitor required staffing levels and schedule to ensure that the team can meet the demand and respond in a  timely manner to network and server anomalies and outages  3. Maintenance –managing routines, obsolescence, contracts, suppliers, service providers  4. Provisioning – meeting SLA on new provisions, Service Restoration - meeting SLA on services Capacity management – managing utilization of assets  5. To act as an escalation point for customer problems and questions via telephone, e-mail and face to face  6. To be escalation contact for service issues, out of hours ensuring the right environment is in place so that staff are effectively mentored, developed and trained  7. Develop and own the processes and procedures used by the team, based on best practice for the industry  8.
