Tirupati Temple Mada Streets and temple Precincts. We are super excited to be workig on the design of the Mada Streets at the Tirumala Temple at Tirupati. One of the holiest and most scared spiritual places in the country! The Mada streets are the circumambulatory path around the temple that are the venue for several annual rituals. Our design covers the gardens and other infrastructure around the temple.

We're blessed with such diversity and so many festivals in our country. Beyond the sheer joy of celebrating rituals, there's a unique opportunity to see the world from a new perspective, a chance to celebrate diverse ideologies, to step outside our conditioning and ultimately enrich our lives. Our studio is a microcosm of this great country we live in, with over 100 professionals from different parts of the country, we are truly a melting pot of various cultures. As we do every year, we celebrated the upcoming Ramzaan with an Iftar party. An event entirely made possible by the team!

Young migrants to metropolitan cities in India, typically in the tech world come from all parts of India and often struggle to find housing options that fit their budget, lifestyle and are hygienic. These young professionals often live in shared apartments without any amenities or in PGs, which often are shoddy, crammed and unhygienic settings. There is an incredible opportunity to redefine this demand and Co-Living is an exciting option. Clean rooms, functional with kitchenettes, attached bathrooms, TVs and study areas. What makes co-living extraordinary is the shared amenities, the gym, coffee shops, cafés, recreational activities, laundry facilities, study rooms etc. Our design provides a porous ground plane that creates an exceptionally vibrant urban space, a place to be, that is buzzing with activity. A rooftop cafeteria open to the community as a way to engage with the city. A sectional connection between the ground floor and basement enhances functionality, with integrated steps serving as both seating and access. The facade features a transparent mesh covering on both sides, providing privacy to residents while mitigating visibility of essential elements like air conditioning units.
