Principal Global Services marked a significant milestone on February 12, 2025, with the inauguration of our new Hyderabad office at RMZ Nexity in HITEC City by Dan Houston, Executive Chairman of Principal Financial Group. He was joined by Vivek Agrawal, EVP and Chief Growth Officer; Kathy Kay, Executive Vice President - Chief Information Officer and Executive oversight for Principal Global Services; Madhavi Dahanukar (She/Her), Head of Principal Global Services, India and Philippines; Sarah Mueller, Assistant Vice President - Corporate Strategy and Development, Enabling Functions; and Ryan Carpenter, Director - Global Worksite Services, along with our India leadership team. Employees cheered as Dan unveiled the inaugural plaque, celebrating Principal Global Services' role as an innovation and operational excellence hub. This new office is a testament to the incredible work everyone at Principal Global Services has done over the past many years that reinforces the confidence of our senior leadership in our teams here! We are thrilled about this new chapter and look forward to continuing to invest in our talent. It was an exciting time for Principal Global Services to host Dan Houston, Executive Chairman of Principal Financial Group in India. He was joined by Vivek Agrawal, EVP and Chief Growth Officer; Kathy Kay, CIO and Executive oversight over Principal Global Services; Sarah Mueller, Assistant Vice President - Corporate Strategy and Development, Enabling Functions; and Ryan Carpenter, Director - Global Worksite Services. Employees proudly presented transformative projects generating efficiency and adding value for the businesses to this senior leadership group. Dan, along with Kathy, Vivek, and Madhavi Dahanukar (She/Her), Head of Principal Global Services, India and Philippines, conducted an all-employee town hall discussing the evolving financial services landscape globally, and our vision, strategy, and key focus areas. Post the town hall, the leaders interacted with employees, providing opportunities to share their views and thoughts. After the town hall, the leadership team, along with a volunteer group, participated in a donation drive for children - Principal for Communities, at our Pune office. Principal for Communities is a donation initiative under the larger umbrella for Principal for Good. The volunteer group helped prepare goody bags for kids aged 5 to 15 years, comprising clothes, toys, books, and stationery. This initiative underlines the organization’s belief in giving back to the community, aligning with our values of creating a meaningful impact beyond the workplace. A heartfelt thanks to Dan, Kathy and Vivek for an interactive and inspiring visit, leading us in more ways than one! The second edition of Tee Off at Principal Global Services was a power-packed event featuring our leaders, Kathy Kay, CIO and Executive oversight over Principal Global Services and Madhavi Dahanukar (She/Her) Dahanukar, Head of Principal Global Services, India and Philippines.   Employee volunteers from the Analytics Team at Principal Global Services wrapped up a fulfilling two-day workshop series on Python Programming and Data Analytics with Power BI, for the youth of the Hadapsar Lighthouse community, Pune, India. They dedicated 10 hours to each workshop, providing an engaging mix of hands-on learning and foundational concepts. The courses were attended by over 30 graduates from the Hadapsar Lighthouse Foundation Program and were thoughtfully curated to give participants essential skills such as logic building, creating basic programs, calculating measures and building insightful dashboards with Power BI. Their enthusiasm and eagerness to learn was truly inspiring.
