🛡️𝗔𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘂 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹—𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹. 🦺It's been two weeks, since we pledged on 29th March, but for Manastu; 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺— 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆! On March 29, 2019, a tragic incident left our Co-founder, Mr. Tushar Jadhav, with serious burns to his hands and chest. That day reshaped our culture and approach to work safety forever. 🛟It reminded us: 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵, 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆—for ourselves, for the person standing besides you, all our teams, and the future we're building.
