S D Bala, THE UNSTOPPABLE who cracked CA at age of 60 Many complain about why God has not given them enough; complain about inability to achieve professional satisfaction and personal happiness. Bala Sir never complained ( even though many in his position would have given up). Attached is Spotlight on S D Bala, the unstoppable who cracked CA at age of 60.  Thank you Pattabhi for this wonderful note. A must read for all, more importantly for all young professionals and all CA aspirants too. A must read to understand ones commitment to his family as well. For him it was always FAMILY FIRST and being a WELL WISHER to all his friends & everyone whom he met. Age 16: Messenger In Telegraph office.  Age 18: Stenographer at World Health Organisation ( WHO). Age 26 : Probationary officer at SBI, rose in ranks to become a senior officer including a stint as Branch Head in US. Age  52: Joins Sundaram Finance, where I was blessed to get introduced to him , work with him and be a integral part of his life for 30 years since then. Age 55: Joins Chartered Accountancy ( CA) course. Age 60 : Passes Chartered Accountancy Course. Age 60-82 : Practices as CA, Authors books, teaches and till 10 minutes before breathing his last was engaged in a professional interaction on a tax matter. He continues to inspire me. Am sure you will have the same experience when you read. Please share to all your friends who you believe need to be introduced to this wonderful experience of being inspired.
