About us

Institutions established within the framework of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 are supporting this national aspiration, ably. The establishment of the Insolvency Law Academy by Sumant Batra, a thought leader on insolvency and a lawyer of global eminence, stems from this vision and goal. An independent not-for-profit institution of excellence, the architecture of Insolvency Law Academy comprises of a think tank, research centre, a school, various centres, forums and platforms, each of which will be build and developed over a 3-year period, to contribute to the realisation of this vision. The Insolvency Law Academy is a unit of Sumant Batra Insolvency Law Academy - a public charitable trust registered under The Indian Trusts Act, 1882.
