We extend our gratitude to Dr. Sreelatha Annamaneni, Dean, School of Law, and Dr. David J. Meyer, Executive Dean - School of Business, Woxsen University, for inviting the team. We extend our sincere gratitude to Ms. Isha Janwa, Associate Counsel at the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC Hyderabad), for drafting the finals proposition and serving as a judge in the advanced rounds of the NUALS Mediation Competition 2025. Ms. Janwa is a graduate of O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, specializing in Construction Arbitration, Investment Arbitration, and International Commercial Arbitration. With a strong background in dispute resolution, she is deeply engaged in legal research and writing. She has also contributed as an editor and author in various legal publications.
