🚀 Statistical Analysis of Stock Market Trends: Microsoft, Apple, Tesla, and S&P 500 📊 I'm excited to share my recent project, which I completed as a data analyst intern at Ededge Groups under the mentorship of Uzer Khatri. This study analyzed stock trends and risk profiles of major companies like Microsoft, Apple, and Tesla alongside the S&P 500 index. Using data from Yahoo Finance (2018-2023), it provided insightful observations into stock performance and market risks. Key Insights: 📈 Growth and Volatility: Tesla displayed the highest volatility, reflecting its growth potential and risk. Microsoft, on the other hand, exhibited more stability, aligning closely with S&P 500 trends. 📉 2022 Market Dip: All stocks faced a downturn in 2022, mirroring broader economic challenges. This highlights how external factors influence even the biggest players in the industry. 🔍 Risk Analysis: Tesla, while promising, may be riskier for conservative investors due to its volatility. Meanwhile, Microsoft appears more suitable for those seeking stability with lower standard deviations.
