This strategic move enhances Belrise’s footprint in chassis systems and body-in-white parts for both two- and four-wheelers. Through this deal, Belrise will leverage H-One India’s North India manufacturing units and advanced tool development capabilities to scale operations, expand its customer base, and diversify its product offerings. The transaction was led by Akshay Bhagchandani and Nitya Chadha, with strategic inputs from Joebin Devassy. The transaction and corporate diligence team also consisted of Soumya Tantia, Abhishikha Moyal, Adrito Dutta and Shraddha Chaudhri.
