Despite being the backbone of our nation’s development, their struggles have long gone unseen. In partnership with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, we got the chance to change this. We introduced Gnana Jyothi, a 24/7 Telugu learning chatbot on SwiftChat, tailored for over 54,000+ Anganwadi workers across the state. With interactive lessons, quizzes, and real-time support, this simple tool is helping women learn, lead, and grow right from their phones. This comic celebrates their journey from overwhelmed to empowered. We were truly honored to facilitate a two-day state-level workshop on the Holistic Progress Card (HPC), alongside the National Council of Educational Research and Training ( NCERT ), at the invitation of SCERT Madhya Pradesh. This workshop gathered stakeholders from across all districts to drive forward the vision of a more holistic and data-driven education system. In our session, “Automation to Insights: From Paper to Purpose (स्वचालन से प्रभावी अंतर्दृष्टियाँ),” we demonstrated how digital systems can transform data capture, reporting, and insight generation, making HPC implementation not just possible but scalable and impactful.
