When we started AtliQ Technologies (formerly known as Infobizzs), we weren’t sure about the actual impact we would create. We started like everyone does. We dreamed of building a team of 200. We thought of launching a product and making millions. None of that happened. In 2017, we started as a team of 4. By 2020, we had grown to 30. By 2021, we reached 45. By 2023, we were 40. By 2024, we bounced back stronger, scaling up to 70. And now, in 2025, we stand as a team of 50. Much like the Indian stock market, where highs and lows are part of the game, our journey has seen its own fluctuations. But just as seasoned investors stay committed through market swings, we’ve stayed invested in our people, our vision, and our purpose. We went through the hardest months recently and growing back. Few left us during the time, few stay with us. We learned a lesson - No matter what the situation is, what the impact is. You shall focus on future growth only. Growth isn’t always about numbers—it’s about the strength to hold on, the wisdom to adapt, and the courage to keep believing.

At AtliQ Technologies, our management always loves to experiment. One such experiment delivered amazing results. Last summer, our founder, along with top team members Bhavin Patel, Pranav Trivedi and Karandeep Singh Grover decided to go on a week-long spiritual trip. They handed over all responsibilities to the team and made it clear that they should not be contacted unless there was an emergency. Surprisingly, the team performed exceptionally well, with no internal issues or client-side problems. This proves that trust can be built through experimentation. You have to give people the opportunity to prove their capabilities. Trust is a process, it develops gradually through such experiences.
