Following a successful launch last year, WE@HealthTech is excited to offer registration for the second class of "Financial Tools for Life Sciences Executives” course! We believe that lack of financial and business language among female executives is a significant barrier to personal growth and professional development. It often fuels managerial insecurity and limited participation in professional discussions. We aim to close this gap! Together with Reichman University- FORE Executive Education, we have built a short and focused training program that deepens HealthTech entrepreneurs and managers knowledge in economics and finance with the following goals in mind: 🚀 Become well-versed in the financial language to allow professional discussion at the decision-making table. 🚀 Adopt a professional financial perspective that enriches individual decision-making, enables broader team alignment and facilitates improved strategic planning throughout the organization. 🚀 Be ready for more senior management positions by mastering knowledge and practical management tools, focusing on the financial side.   The course will start on April 27th 2025 and will include 5 face-to-face sessions led by stellar academic and industry leaders (final list will be published soon). WE@HealthTech is launching the WE@Academy! We are proud to introduce WE@Academy, a new initiative that offers tailor-made courses for women executives in the #healthtech and #lifescience ecosystem. What a great session we had yesterday! We were honored to have Varda Liberman give an enlightening lecture about biases and failures in thought processes and decision-making. It was Aristotle who said that 'Rhetoric may be defined as the faculty of observing in any given case the available means of persuasion'. Building on that, Michelle showed us that effective communication is an acquired social trait that we can all upgrade with practice.
