IAI was honored to host Croatian Defence Minister Ivan Anušić at its booth during the Adriatic Sea Defence & Aerospace (ASDA) Exhibition in Zagreb. During the visit, Minister Anušić was presented with IAI’s combat-proven BARAK MX Integrated Air and Missile Defence System, Strike Systems portfolio, as well as Unmanned ISR platforms and payloads. A moment of pride for Israeli-Indian collaboration! IAI and India’s defence forces have successfully completed a series of operational tests of the Barak-8 (MRSAM) air and missile defense system in India. The tests included four challenging interceptions of aerial threats at varying speeds, altitudes, and ranges – all resulting in direct hits and destruction of the targets. These successful trials mark the system’s operational readiness for all three branches of the Indian military: Army, Navy, and Air Force. Developed jointly by IAI and India’s DRDO, the Barak-8 system provides an integrated, multi-layered defense solution, combining an advanced multi-mission radar, a command-and-control system, mobile launchers, and interceptor missiles with a range of up to 70 km. To support the ongoing deployment, IAI has established local companies in India to ensure continuous maintenance and technological support. This achievement reflects the strength of Israel-India defense cooperation and showcases the global impact of their shared technological innovation.

במגמת עלייה מתמדת - נסיקה במספר העובדים החרדים הנקלטים בתעשייה האווירית 📝 בעקבות כך, קיימנו לאחרונה כנס ייחודי בנושא העסקת חרדים, כדי להרחיב עוד יותר את הביקוש ולעודד ייצוג חרדי בעולם הטכנולוגי. מרכז גיוס וקריירה של התעשייה האווירית בשיתוף עמותת 'ציונות 2000' קיימו לאחרונה כנס מעסיקים ייחודי בנושא, במטרה לדון באתגרים שהמעסיקים מתמודדים איתם בהקשרים של גיוס והעסקת חרדים ולמצוא פתרונות, יחד עם נציגים מהאקו-סיסטם החרדי, לצד מתן פתרונות נדרשים במשק מצד נציגי משרד העבודה. בתעשייה האווירית מועסקים מעל 400 עובדות ועובדים חרדים. החברה רשמה עלייה עקבית במספר העובדים הנקלטים מהמגזר החרדי בשלוש השנים האחרונות, ומציגה עלייה מרשימה של 45% במספר הנקלטים בתוך שנתיים.

מדע וטכנולוגיה - הכוח המניע של מדינת ישראל! 🔬 הכירו תחרות "מדענים ומפתחים צעירים בישראל" של מוזיאון המדע בירושלים ובתמיכת התעשייה האווירית - במסגרתה הגישו לגמר פרויקטים שבוצעו ע"י תלמידי תיכון מצטיינים מכל רחבי הארץ במגוון תחומי דעת, כולל מדעי הטבע והמתמטיקה, מדעי החיים והסביבה, טכנולוגיה ומדעי המחשב, היסטוריה ומדעי החברה.  התחרות מהווה כלי חשוב לטיפוח מצוינות, לעידוד חשיבה יצירתית ולבניית דור העתיד, כשהזוכים ייצגו את המדינה בתחרויות בינלאומיות. תא"ל (מיל) איתן אשל, סמנכ״ל מו"פ טכנולוגיות וחדשנות בתעשייה האווירית, העניק פרס לזוכים ואמר: "מדינה קטנה עם משאבים מוגבלים, הצליחה להפוך למעצמה טכנולוגית עולמית - בזכות היצירתיות, החדשנות והמצוינות של אנשיה. החדשנות והטכנולוגיה הם נר לרגלי התעשייה האווירית והזוכים הם דור העתיד שלנו״.

We’re breaking records – a proud Israeli achievement 🇮🇱🚀 Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) is gaining momentum – and not only in space. Our latest financial statements show the most profitable period in the company’s history: IAI’s order backlog now stands at approximately $25 billion, while net profits in 2024 jumped by some 55% to approximately $493 million. The company's revenue in 2024 increased by 15% to approximately $785 million, driven by increased revenue in the company's military groups. Record EBITDA, gross profit, and annual sales volume results were also posted. IAI’s CEO Boaz Levy: “We are proud to present the most impressive financial results that IAI has achieved since its establishment. The data reflects IAI's intensive activities and testify to the company’s stability and unprecedented growth over the past few years. The company’s financial statements emphasize the trust our customers and partners place in IAI’s activities and the advanced systems we are developing for the future battlefield. Our primary concern is for the security of the State of Israel and its economy.”
