We are excited to announce Dr. Amit Reches, as our new CTO! With over 25 years of experience in medical devices and technology, specializing in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving innovation, Amit brings invaluable expertise to our mission of advancing non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics. Prior to joining AccuLine, Amit held the position of CTO at Nuvo, a medical device company pioneering remote pregnancy monitoring. There, he led all technological activities, including hardware, software, algorithm development, data science, and clinical affairs. Before Nuvo, Amit was the VP of R&D at Firefly Neuroscience (AIFF), where he transformed a founding team into a mature, high-performing group of neuroscientists, engineers, and data scientists. Under his leadership, the company progressed from core algorithm development to the commercialization of an FDA- and CE-approved product. Earlier in his career, Amit held several leadership roles in the IT industry, specializing mainly in the field of natural language processing. Amit holds a B.S. in Computer Science (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He has authored over 40 publications spanning engineering, life sciences, and clinical research and holds 10 patents. Please join us in welcoming Amit to the AccuLine team!

Don is a seasoned medical device executive with over 40 years of experience in cardiovascular diagnostics. Prior to joining AccuLine, Don served as the President & CEO of CorVista Health for nine years, where he successfully raised over $115 million and secured FDA approval for its AI-powered cardiac diagnostic platform. Before CorVista, Don was the founder and CEO of Sapheon, a pioneering venous disease treatment company, which was acquired by Covidien for $238 million. Don has also held senior leadership roles at Medtronic, Guidant, Ventritex, and Intermedics, managing international sales and marketing. His extensive expertise in fundraising, market expansion, and regulatory strategy has positioned him as a key leader in the MedTech industry. With a strong track record of guiding medical device companies through development, approval, and commercialization, Don brings invaluable experience to AccuLine’s mission to revolutionize cardiovascular diagnostics. Don holds a B.Ch.E. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an M.B.A. from Emory University. He also has dozens of patents to his name. His work in AI-driven early disease detection, ECG anomaly detection, and biometric recognition positions him perfectly to contribute to our mission of revolutionizing coronary artery disease detection. Most recently, Yonatan worked at Predicta-Med, developing AI algorithms for early detection and classification of autoimmune diseases. His background also includes deep-learning-based ECG analysis as consultant and biometric systems development at Amdocs. With several peer-reviewed publications, he continuously pushes the boundaries of AI in healthcare. We are honored to announce that Dr. Brian Olshansky is joining AccuLine's Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Olshansky is a distinguished figure in cardiology, with a career spanning decades of clinical practice, academic leadership, and groundbreaking research. He serves as a Professor Emeritus of Medicine at the University of Iowa and holds multiple active roles in clinical cardiology across Iowa and Illinois. Renowned for his expertise in cardiac electrophysiology, Dr. Olshansky has been a mentor to countless fellows and residents, guiding the next generation of cardiologists. Dr. Olshansky has authored over 400 peer-reviewed publications, led more than 50 clinical studies as Principal Investigator, contributed to 59 book chapters, and written 4 books. He is an editor of the ESC Textbook on Cardiovascular Medicine and, for 30 years, an editor and contributor to UpToDate. His numerous honors include several Elite Reviewer Awards from JACC and the Lewis E. January Clinical Teacher of the Year Award. His global contributions as a visiting professor, invited speaker at international conferences, and co-author of pivotal research publications have shaped modern approaches to arrhythmia management, mechanistic understanding of arrhythmias, syncope evaluation, autonomic disorders, heart failure care, and cardiovascular risk prediction.
