כשהייתי בתיכון, כמעט ולא דיברו על שילוב נשים בטכנולוגיה ובעסקים. השיח על שוויון זכויות היה כמעט ולא קיים, ולא העליתי על דעתי שזה בכלל אפשרי. את הפער הזה הרגשתי במיוחד בספורט – למרות שמעולם לא ראיתי את עצמי פחות שווה מכל שחקן כדורסל אחר. בסוף, אנחנו משחקים את אותו משחק. היום, אני גאה להיות חלק משבוע הנערה הישראלית של עמותת Shavot - שוות, מיזם שמעלה את המודעות לנושא ומעניק לנערות השראה ואמונה שהן יכולות להגיע לכל מקום שהן שואפות אליו. שבוע הנערה הישראלית של עמותת שוות שם את הכישרון, הפוטנציאל והיכולות של נערות ונשים במרכז – כדי שכל נערה תדע שהשמיים הם הגבול. עברנו כברת דרך מאז שהייתי נערה, אבל גם בשנת 2025, המאבק לשוויון עדיין כאן. החודשים האחרונים הפגישו אותנו עם נשים חזקות שלימדו אותנו שהכול אפשרי, והוכיחו לנו שהעולם צריך יותר נשים מובילות. אני נרגשת לשתף את הדרך שעברתי, לחלוק את הניסיון שלי, ולתת השראה לדור הבא. תיכון עירוני ד – נפגשים ביום שני! בואו פתוחות לשיח מעורר מחשבה ולשינוי אמיתי. ואל תגידי "זה גדול עליי" – תגדלי לתוך זה. העולם מחכה לך! #העולםמחכהלך #שבועהנערההישראלית #תראיאותך #InternationalWomenDay Accenture Accenture Israel

Today, on International Volunteer Day, our team came together for a very meaningful initiative. We partnered with Shabbat Metuka to help sort and pack food deliveries for Holocaust survivors and people in need. This small act of kindness reminded us how impactful community efforts can be, especially when they touch the lives of those who represent a profound chapter in our history. For those unfamiliar with Shabbat Metuka, it's an incredible initiative that supports Holocaust survivors in Israel. Every Friday, volunteers visit survivors’ homes to deliver baskets filled with food, challah, and candles for Shabbat. Beyond the physical support, these visits forge connections—between volunteers and survivors, and between generations. It was an honor to contribute, even in a small way, to such an important cause. On days like this, we’re reminded of the power of giving and the importance of standing together as a community.
