Our Dublin Headquarters recently hosted an event to unveil a very important and much welcomed new addition to the office. The team are delighted to have joined the Elephant in Room movement, spearheaded by Brent Pope, which aims to promote mental well-being and reduce the stigma that surrounds mental health. Care is at the very core of what we do both internally and externally, so aligning with important initiatives like this helps to further our commitment to fostering a sense of belonging for our colleagues globally, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, valued, respected and heard. Our well-established Leadership in Action (LIA) programme continues to empower high-potential talent across CSCA and CSCI, with participants engaging in a multi-session journey of development and discovery. Following in the footsteps of our CSCA cohort, 27 colleagues from across CSCI recently came together in-person for an invigorating week of learning. With powerful leadership talks from our Senior Leaders including Triona (Byrne) Schmelter, ROBERTO KHOURY, Marcus Jones, Abbie Lennox, and Robert Willis, participants gained invaluable insights to shape their own leadership journey.
