Contract Award ✨ Hartfield Place (Phase 1), Whitehall, Dublin 9 Building on our strong relationship with the Eastwise Group, we have recently been awarded the design and build contract for Phase 1 of Hartfield Place on Swords Road. Phase 1 consists of 138 No. apartments across two six-storey blocks and site development works. Last week we celebrated the topping out of our Stoneview development in Walkinstown, Dublin 12 which is made up of 164no. apartments, resi-amenity spaces, creche and retail unit along with all associated siteworks and landscaping.
