As Lisa (Berkley) Gately pointed out, 89% of buyers are using GenAI at every stage of their journey. They’re showing up more informed, more independent, and with higher expectations. And as Barry Vasudevan shared, 81% of buyers are dissatisfied with some part of their experience—even when they choose you. That’s not a stat—it’s a challenge. The takeaway?
