Q1 2025 Market Update: Industrial Demand Remains Resilient The Dublin industrial market saw activity normalise in Q1 2025 following the exceptional post-pandemic and Brexit-driven highs. Despite this, take-up remained at a good level, exceeding volumes recorded in three out of four quarters of 2024. Lettings continued to dominate activity, while vacancy rates remained unsustainably low, particularly for larger modern units.
