To mark Earth Month, we’re taking a week to highlight the positive changes we’ve made — and the journey still ahead. We'll be engaging our team with sustainability quizzes, supporting our community through local volunteering, and placing a strong emphasis on waste segregation to ensure we’re disposing of items correctly and responsibly. One of our proudest steps forward was the installation of our MasterTherm Ireland air-to-water heating system in July 2024. Since then, we’ve saved over 450,000 kWh in electricity and gas consumption. This system is powered by electricity instead of gas, helping The Brehon reduce its reliance on fossil fuels. #earthmonth #hotelskillarney
