Berikut adalah tips untuk mengefisiensikan, memprioritaskan, dan mengelola waktu dengan lebih baik: 1. Buat Daftar Prioritas Setiap hari, buat daftar tugas harian dan rencana mingguan yang memuat proyek besar. Pisahkan tugas mendesak dan penting, lalu kerjakan di waktu produktif. 2. Gunakan Time Blocking Alokasikan waktu tertentu untuk mengerjakan satu jenis tugas. Misalnya, pagi untuk pekerjaan rutin, dan siang untuk fokus pada proyek besar. Hindari multitasking. 3. Delegasikan Tugas Serahkan tugas operasional atau administratif kepada anggota tim junior agar Anda bisa fokus pada tugas yang lebih penting. 4. Manfaatkan Teknologi Gunakan tools seperti Trello untuk memantau tugas harian dan proyek secara real-time, menghindari miskomunikasi, dan kolaborasi lebih mudah. 5. Tetapkan Tenggat Waktu Buat tenggat waktu untuk setiap tugas : 25 menit kerja fokus, 5 menit istirahat. 6. Review Progres Berkala Evaluasi tugas harian dan proyek di akhir hari atau pekan. Sesuaikan prioritas jika diperlukan, dan catat pencapaian untuk menjaga motivasi. 7. Gak semuanya harus di-meetingkan Ini yang kadang banyak menghabiskan waktu kita. Gak semua hal harus di-meetingkan, ada yang cukup disampaikan secara langsung atau lewat WA.
