Biodiversity is essential for ecosystem stability, climate regulation, and protection of the resources we rely on, which is why Jabil prioritizes sustainability in the communities where we operate. Our employees worldwide take efforts to safeguard local environments, especially at sites close to Key Biodiversity Areas, including: 🌊 St. Petersburg, Florida, where employees have joined forces with Tampa Bay Watch to restore coastal ecosystems by placing “reef balls” in estuaries to create a living shoreline for oyster inhabitation. 🐟 Gotemba, Japan, where the team has worked with community members to release native fish species into local rivers, supporting aquatic biodiversity and educating local schoolchildren.
