Offering authentic Sichuan and Chongqing cuisine, the new store is strategically located in the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, the terminus of High Speed Rail (Hong Kong Section). The ongoing expansion of Xiao Noodles in Hong Kong reflects the vibrancy and potential of the local Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. Arnold Lau 劉智元, Associate Director-General of Invest Hong Kong revealed on the vibrant food scene in the city at the grand opening ceremony, “With Hong Kong population of 7.5 million, Hong Kong’s F&B industry serves a vast customer base. Notably, 95% of food is imported, with the city’s free trade port making it easy to source unusual ingredients. This has led to a great variety in available cuisines, with one restaurant for every 427 residents.” InvestHK assisted 539 companies from overseas and the Mainland China to set up or expand their business in Hong Kong in 2024, of which more than half were from the Mainland China. According to the sector analysis, the "Tourism and Hospitality" sector, including the F&B industry, ranked fourth and is one of the key sectors assisted by InvestHK. #Food #FnB #Restaurants #MTR #TourismAndHospitality #HongKong Sindy Wong Audrey Hon
