These talented individuals are embarking on their career journeys, with some continuing their path after successful internships. Our new team members have joined various departments, including Front Office, Guest Services, Food and Beverage, and Housekeeping. Their enthusiastic energy and dedication is truly inspiring, and we look forward to witnessing their continuous growth and contributions to our brand. “Art in Resonance” has landed in Hong Kong, continuing its mission to champion emerging and mid-career artists since the programme's inception in 2019. Dive into a world of mesmerising, site-specific masterpieces by local visionaries, Phoebe Hui and Chris Cheung (widely known as h0nh1m), alongside Shanghai-based artist Lin Fanglu, in partnership with the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A). Congratulations to our talented chefs, Lam Yuk Ming and Anne-Sophie Nicolas, and the respective teams for securing their Michelin star at the 17th edition of the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2025. This marks the ninth consecutive year for Spring Moon and the sixth consecutive year for Gaddi's, highlighting their culinary and hospitality excellence. In addition, Gaddi’s has been honoured in the South China Morning Post's 100 Top Tables Awards 2025, making it our twelfth consecutive year on this prestigious list.
