Founded in 1970, the Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS) is a recognised non-profit professional organisation focused on developing Hong Kong’s Information Technology (IT) profession and industry. In the morning, the delegation attended the 「2025 Innovation Empowerment: Digital Future Hangzhou Conference」, where insights from several mainland enterprise CIOs sparked discussions on cutting-edge tech trends. In the afternoon, we visited Unitree Robotics - one of "Hangzhou's Six Little Dragons" - and interacted with highly intelligent robots and robotic dogs. In the afternoon, the group explored the "Dragonfly Park" AGV unmanned parking facility, learning about innovative automated parking systems. Finally, they toured H3C Headquarters and its future factory, exploring digital manufacturing practices. The Hong Kong Computer Society Hangzhou Innovation and Technology Exchange Tour yielded fruitful results on its first day. The delegation first visited Zhejiang University's The State Key Laboratory of Brain-Machine Intelligence, gaining insights into cutting-edge research on brain-computer interfaces and intelligent rehabilitation. Next, they toured BrainCo, one of the "Hangzhou Six Little Dragons" enterprise, experiencing its globally advanced non-invasive BCI technology and innovative products like smart prosthetics. The day concluded at Alibaba Cloud Computing where participants learned about industry applications of cloud computing and AI large models, as well as digital economy development trends.
