Baker McKenzie FenXun hires 4 Wilson Sonsini experts in China https://lnkd.in/geJXkpDj    Former Wilson Sonsini partners Ouyang Dan, Winfield Lau and Ronnie Li, and of counsel Bao Zhenzhen have joined Baker McKenzie FenXun’s Greater China capital markets team.     Their move comes just a month after the US firm confirmed that it had shuttered its Beijing outfit, where Ouyang, Li and Bao were formerly based.
