The inaugural evening conference took place this week with Ana Vasconcelos, François-Xavier Bellamy and Juan Fernando Lopez Aguilar who brought their valuable experience to enrich the discussions under the theme: The future of the European Union in a changing world. The session, chaired by Méabh Mc Mahon, covered key issues such as climate change, trade tensions, strategic autonomy and security, and the changing geopolitical landscape with emerging powers and regions. H/Advisors Brussels serves as the central public affairs hub within the network H/Advisors, providing clients with strategic advice on European Union regulations, public affairs strategies and stakeholder engagement. Last week, in partnership with the French-American Foundation - France, H/Advisors organised a side conference as part of the AI Action Summit taking place in Paris. Our engaging talk on 'AI, Information & Democracy' explored how AI interacts with the democratic process and its role in the spread of misinformation. Key questions were raised: / How much are we inadvertently contributing to the polarisation of public discourse? / Even with the best of intentions, are we actively seeking out different perspectives? / How can truth compete with such a powerful and rapidly spreading fabrication?  / How do you definitively disprove a fabricated story that has already gone viral? / Can regulators keep up with the breakneck pace of AI development? / Where is the talent pool that will drive innovation? / Will the EU be able to foster a thriving AI ecosystem that can compete globally? Last night, we celebrated #TemboCitizen's 1-year milestone with the launch of the "#GenerationUkraine" initiative, highlighting exemplary Ukrainian leadership. This project, developed in partnership with the Professional Government Association of Ukraine, gratefully includes Havas Worldwide Paris, and aims to build bridges and foster resilience: https://lnkd.in/ekw8EiRt Ukrainian leaders have shown remarkable resistance, unity, and resilience, turning impediments into strengths. Yesterday, H/Advisors Havas Paris hosted an insightful edition of our "Les petits-déj’ Affaires Publiques," focusing on the crucial topic: #Dissolution: What are the political consequences? To analyze the scenarios for June 30 and July 7, we convened a distinguished panel: Arielle Schwab, Mayada Boulos, political scientist Pascal Perrineau, and Frédéric Dabi, Managing Director of Opinion at GROUPE IFOP.                                 As Tiphaine Mercier, our Public Affairs expert, explained: "We must prepare our clients for this historic shift in the political landscape. The purpose of this morning's breakfast was to provide insight without bias and to understand the key issues that will arise from July 7th onwards. The current challenge is understanding how we can return to a bipartisanship model amidst the rise of three distinctly marked political blocs." The political landscape is undergoing a profound transformation, fragmenting into three distinct blocs and disrupting traditional power structures: / A left-wing coalition under the "Nouveau Front Populaire" banner, commanding 30% of the electorate  / A central bloc attracting 20% of voters  / A right-wing alliance, where the traditional divide between the Rassemblement National and the Republicans has been bridged, capturing 40% of the vote Support for the #RN continues to grow, particularly among the 25-34 age group and retirees. We are looking at two potential outcomes: a relative majority or an absolute majority. However, variables such as voter turnout, the influence of incumbents, strategic alliances, and economic policies will play crucial roles in shaping the final results. Our objective remains to provide clear, unbiased analysis and help our clients navigate these key issues from July 7 onwards.
