    Strengthening Quality Standards Across Africa Afreximbank’s Oluranti Doherty, Managing Director for Export Development recently met with senior leaders from Bureau Veritas Group led by Bertrand Martin (SVP Africa) to review and enhance their collaboration on the expansion of African Quality Assurance Centres (AQACs). Since 2019, Afreximbank has been implementing AQACs to support African businesses by providing world-class testing, inspection, and certification services. This initiative ensures that "Made in Africa" products meet global standards, facilitating access to export markets and improving quality for domestic consumption. Did you know? The Ogun State, Nigeria - AQAC (operated by Bureau Veritas, a global leader in quality assurance, and Afreximbank’s technical partner) is ISO 17025 accredited, offering food and agricultural product testing, water and soil analysis, and more.     Bureau Veritas participa de cerimônia de entrega de certificados ISO 9001, 14001 e 45001 à empresa Central Térmica de Ressano Garcia, S.A (CTRG) em Ressano Garcia, Moçambique.   No dia 19 de março de 2025, a Bureau Veritas teve o prazer de participar da cerimônia de entrega de certificados de gestão da qualidade (ISO 9001), gestão ambiental (ISO 14001) e gestão de saúde e segurança ocupacional (ISO 45001) à empresa CTRG em Ressano Garcia, Moçambique.   Os certificados foram entregues pessoalmente pelo Diretor Geral da Bureau Veritas, que ressaltou a importância desses reconhecimentos internacionais para o desempenho e competitividade da CTRG.   Além das certificações, a CTRG também comemorou a marca de 600 mil horas de operação sem acidentes graves, demonstrando seu forte compromisso com a segurança dos colaboradores.
