Donation of Computers to the Emmaüs Community of Neuilly-sur-Marne On March 13, 2025, as part of its commitment to solidarity and core values, Vulcanic France donated 61 computers to the Emmaüs France Community of Neuilly-sur-Marne. Vulcanic France is proud to give a second life to these computers, aligning with its environmental commitments, and above all, to facilitate digital inclusion for people in precarious situations. Too often deprived of access to essential digital tools—whether due to financial constraints or lack of digital skills—these individuals will now have new opportunities thanks to the donated equipment. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kaveh, our Connectivity and Infrastructure Technician, for his invaluable involvement in preparing and facilitating this initiative. His dedication was essential in successfully carrying out this meaningful project. Since 2013, the Emmaüs Community has distributed 13,500 digital devices and trained 16,000 digital inclusion facilitators. Vulcanic France is proud to contribute to this wonderful initiative and to support actions that make a real difference in society. A big thank you to everyone who made this project possible! 💻✨

Colleagues from the Saint Florentin site collect soft toys for the foundation “Les rêves de Marlène”. Our colleagues at the Saint Florentin site got together to support the foundation “Les rêves de Marlène” by organizing a soft toy drive. This charity's mission is to collect and donate soft toys, toys and books to hospitalized children in Joigny, Sens and Auxerre. On a sunny day in March, Anaïs, a Vulcanic employee and member of the foundation “La Blonde et La Brune” (which aims to help other associations or people in difficulty by collecting funds or donations), received the large collection of almost 130 toys, bringing joy and support to the children. “This is a lovely example of the strong community spirit at Vulcanic and everywhere across Spirax Group illustrating our purpose, strategy and values perfectly. A big thank you to our colleagues on site” said Sébastien Jouan, Plant Manager for the Vulcanic Saint-Florentin site. Thanks to all our employees for this great action, this donation will remain open all year long at Vulcanic.

We are very pleased to have welcomed to our headquarters and factory in Neuilly sur Marne, Amandine Elucci, corporate relations officer and Alexis FARTEK, head of the Business and Territorialization department at Grand PARIS Grand EST. The Grand Paris - Grand Est territorial public establishment, created in 2016, as part of the establishment of the Greater Paris metropolis ( https://lnkd.in/ggXnHzV ) and located in the Seine-Saint-Denis department ( https://lnkd.in/ejD2d4bP ), includes 14 municipalities, including Neuilly Sur Marne. This public establishment aims to pool all the resources of its territories to meet major challenges: the modernization and development of the transport network, the construction of new housing, the development of economic activity and the energy transition. This is why Vulcanic's management shared its expectations in terms of improving transport in the ”Chanoux industrial zone”, and mobility for its employees, for better attractiveness, waste management, employment, and training to support our strong growth in Seine Saint Denis. For us, entrepreneurs, Grand Paris Grand Est represents an effective tool for dialogue, ease, visibility and acceleration with regard to our interactions with territorial organizations.

This week, Vulcanic France took significant steps to reinforce safety across the organization with two key events, one at the St. Florentin site and another in Neuilly. In St. Florentin, Andrew Mines and Chris Molnar were present on site for a Safety Stand down involving all the workstation leaders, to implement stronger preventive measures. In Neuilly, office teams participated in interactive workshops on risk awareness, human behavior, and the far-reaching impact of workplace accidents, expertly led by four dedicated instructors from the company Graphito, whose commitment and expertise were key to the success of the sessions. RAJESWARAN a su, au fil des années, démontrer un savoir-faire exceptionnel, une rigueur exemplaire et un engagement sans faille dans son métier de soudeur. Son expertise, sa patience et son esprit d’équipe ont fait de lui un pilier de notre atelier, un collègue apprécié de tous et un professionnel sur qui nous avons toujours pu compter. Après près de 40 ans passés parmi nous, il est temps pour lui de tourner une page et de profiter pleinement de cette nouvelle étape de sa vie. Vulcanic France tient à vous remercier chaleureusement pour votre travail, votre bonne humeur et toutes ces années passées à nos côtés.
