🔎 FOCUS ON : L’Espresso Pistacchio x STRATO - Distillato di pistacchio – Distillato di pistacchio 💚 Comme chaque cocktail de la nouvelle carte de Labelleenfolie cette création raconte une histoire. Il y a quelque temps, mon ancien chef de cuisine, Peineau Remy, revient d’un séminaire et me lance : « Mimi, j’ai goûté un truc à la pistache… c’était dingue. Franchement, ça ferait un malheur dans tes cocktails. » Il parlait du STRATO. Un produit que je connaissais, mais que je n’avais encore jamais osé explorer. Le temps passe. Je change d’adresse, de décor. Mais cette phrase, elle reste. Et il avait raison : ce distillat méritait sa place dans mes créations. 💚Chaque cocktail de cette carte puise son âme dans une émotion, une rencontre, un souvenir ou une passion. Alors, quand il a fallu imaginer une nouvelle recette à la fois élégante, audacieuse et pleine de caractère, l’Espresso Martini s’est imposé… mais à ma façon. 🍸Voici L’Espresso Pistacchio : un twist subtil et gourmand du classique.
