💫 New REMAN product launches ! 💫 Stellantis and Valeo launch two new products at the Rematec trade fair in Amsterdam: the first remanufactured LED headlamp in Europe and the remanufactured infotainment display screen. Both products enrich the SUSTAINera REMAN parts range. Key Highlights: ➡️ The remanufactured LED headlamp will be applicable to Peugeot models 3008 and 5008, before being extended to the P 508 by the end of the first half of 2025. ➡️ The remanufactured display screen will be available in June and applicable to the following models: Peugeot 308; Citroën C3 and C3 Aircross; DS DS3 Crossback; Opel Grandland X, Corsa, and Mokka. With this launch, both companies mark their long-lasting partnership and commitment to the circular economy business model, aimed at extending the products' lifespan without compromising quality, reducing waste, resource use, and carbon footprint, while generating financial value. ⚙️ It's Remanufacturing Month! ⚙️ At SUSTAINera, we're celebrating Remanufacturing Month as part of Stellantis' SUSTAINera 4R strategy—Reman, Repair, Reuse, and Recycle. Remanufacturing aims extending the life of vehicle parts and reducing environmental impact. The Remanufacturing Process starts with the “old part”, also known as the Core: - Worn and used mechanical parts are returned and sorted. - Parts are completely stripped and cleaned. - Components are identified for mandatory replacement. - End-of-line testing is completed on all remanufactured car parts. - Electronic parts are fully reconditioned.
