🌟 Girl's Day at SRAM 🌟 Last week we had an incredible time hosting Girl's Day at our SRAM location in Schweinfurt, Germany! Girl's Day (Mädchen-Zukunftstag) is a special event held annually in Germany to inspire young girls to explore careers in traditionally male-dominated fields, such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) and to consider these paths before making their educational decisions. We welcomed 10 enthusiastic girls from the local area for a morning filled with exploration and hands-on activities in various departments, including Design Engineering, Prototyping, Test Engineering, Test Lab, and Technical Service. Highlights of the Day: 💥 Department Visits: The girls learned about different areas where men usually work and were excited to see what each department does. 💥 Hands-On Projects: They created their own phone holders using 3D printers, personalized key chains with a laser engraver, and built small solar-powered bikes. It was amazing to see their creativity and enthusiasm! A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this possible!
