🇫🇷 🇸🇬 Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Philippe Meunier, VP Foreign Affairs of the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, and Mr. Bruno Chiaverini, Director of International Relations of the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, along with their delegation in Singapore. Their visit included a fab tour and cleanroom walkthrough, offering insights into Soitec’s advanced substrate manufacturing, as well as our "Energy Savings" Roadmap, "Water Savings" Roadmap, and our Soitec Solar Project, where solar panels installed on our rooftops are able to power up cleanroom lighting. It was a great opportunity to reaffirm the strong connection between our regional roots and our global footprint, as well as the key role of innovation in driving the semiconductor industry forward. We’re thrilled to introduce Bich-Yen Nguyen, Senior Fellow at SOITEC (USA), as part of our ongoing series celebrating the talented individuals who drive our company forward. 🏆 With nearly 45 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Bich-Yen is a highly accomplished engineer and a true pioneer. Since joining Soitec in 2007, she has played a key role in adapting #SOI solutions for diverse applications, from low-power microcontrollers to wireless connectivity technologies.  Her contributions have been instrumental in diversifying Soitec’s technology portfolio to meet the growing demands of portable and connected devices.
